Parallel 46 is a casual fine dining family restaurant and cocktail bar located in Minnesota near the Cormorant Village on County Highway 5. We are local and independent owners investing in a multi-phase project to modernize and upgrade our facilities. These new and improved spaces will grow our capacity to serve the local community. Throughout this entire journey, we will also remain steadfast in pursuing our mission to enrich life’s moments of all those we are privileged to serve through remarkable hospitality experiences.

Cherishing the Lakes Area – As we selected our name, we reflected on how much we cherish the beautiful lakes area in which we have had the good fortune to live, work and play over the years and throughout each season. Our name Parallel 46 reflects our location as we are on the 46th geographical latitude, but more importantly represents the wonderful community of people we are so honored to serve and live life’s moments alongside.

Enriching Life’s Moments – As we defined the WHY for investing in this specific hospitality business, we each described a desire to provide a unique gathering spot which could enrich life’s moments – whether that be a family celebration, musical concert, friends’reunion, sporting event, anniversary, birthday, holiday, just getting to hump day, or even coming together to support each other through life’s most difficult times. It’s our desire to enrich all these moments with remarkable hospitality experiences because life is truly lived in moments.

Providing Best Ingredients – As we increase our kitchen and bar capacity and capabilities, we are also fortunate to have Le Cordon Bleu culinary trained chef sand professional bartenders to ever evolve our food and cocktail menus. We are committed to combining the best ingredients for each dish and cocktail including featuring the bounties from each season, latest trends, and always incorporating your feedback.

Delivering Excellent Hospitality – As we serve you, we are committed to complimenting our food and drink menus with hospitality that is top notch. While our facilities are being upgraded and modernized, they will remain approachable, comfy and inviting. We’ll focus every day on consistently delivering to you a seamless and attentive, but also anticipatory experience every time.
